- Furries/FursonasI reserve the right to reject a pop idea, and if necessary I will provide a full refund and cancel the commission process. If you aren't sure if your idea will work, ask beforehand!Price includes one custom Pop with customized Pop Box and up to two revisions during the design phase. When purchasing, please provide a detailed description of your Pop request (via
'personalization' box under the Etsy listing) and reference images via Etsy Messaging.Please note, the processing time for a custom pop will be roughly 4-5 weeks after purchase. This ensures a top-quality Pop! :)

COMMISSION PROCESS:

I.) To begin the process, provide a detailed description of your Pop idea in the personalization bar (located on the item's listing). If the Pop you want created isn't
an existing character that I can easily find photos of, please provide reference images via Etsy Messaging.
2.) Once we agree on the Pop idea, I'll begin the research process and create a digital design of the pop; here, you are able to request up to two revisions! Once you are satisfied with the Pop idea, I will then order the parts I need (this may
take 1-2 weeks to arrive) and start creating the box. During this phase, I will need a photo provided by you to use as the box background.
3.) After the parts arrive, I'll begin making the pop! I will keep you posted on where I am in the process. Photos of the finished product will be sent to you for
final approval, and I will allow for one last small alteration, within reason.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- I reserve the right to turn down work.
- If you purchase a commission but do not respond within three weeks, I will cancel the commission order and you will be refunded.
- I will allow for cancellation up until parts are ordered. Once they are ordered refunds will not be issued for whatever reason.
- I reserve the right to share photos of my work on social media. If you would like to be tagged when I do this, please provide your social media handles at any
time!
